Twin Falls Fells Lower Columbia With Walkoff Rally, 7/23

Twin Falls, Idaho scored five runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to send Lower Columbia to its second consecutive loss at the Pacific N.W. Regional Cal Ripken 11-year-old Tournament in Eugene.
Warrenton's Brock Johnson tossed five innings of 2-hit shutout ball for Lower Columbia, but was unable to continue in the sixth after exhausting his eligible innings. Twin Falls rallied off two different Lower Columbia relievers in its final at bat for a 5-4 victory.
Lower Columbia will try to salvage a win in its final pool play game Thursday morning, taking on Hoquiam at 9:00 a.m.
